HOLIDAY GALA CELEBRATION

Friday, December 4, 2009 - RSVP EVENT

The Holiday Gala will take place on Friday, December 4, 2009 from 6:00pm - 9:30pm at the Eastmonte Park Civic Center.

Special Guest Appearance by "Santa Claus", Music by DJ Jose, and a Meal Prepared by James Singleton. Holiday Attire Required. 

Space Is Limited to Participants Only - No Walk-ins Accepted

RSVP by Monday, November 30, 2009 (Please let us know if you didn't receive your invitation by mail)

Note: Parents/Guardians may participate beginning at 9pm. "Parent Lounge" will be available from 6-9pm just down the hallway with refreshments and TV.

HOLIDAY LIGHTS NIGHT RIDE

Join us on Thursday, Dec. 10th from 6-8:30pm at Eastmonte Park. Cost: $1.00 with Cookies & Hot Cocoa provided.

We will take the bus/van & visit local houses with beautiful light displays & Cranes Roost Park. Please RSVP your spot no later than December 4, 2008.

 2010 WINTER CAMP REGISTRATION

Registration Opens December 7, 2009
Camp Dates: January 6, 13, 20, 27 and February 3, 10, 17, 24
Space is Limited - Register between Dec 7-Jan 4
Located at Eastmonte Park from 9am-4pm Cost: $50.00
Includes crafts, field trips, games, special guests and more! Summer Camp Registration will begin May 4, 2010.

 "PLAY YOUR WAY" - YOUTH PROGRAMS

Play Date: Saturday, December 21 from 9am-11am at Westmonte Park

Play Your Way was developed by Physical Therapy students from the University of Central Florida to provide FREE  opportunities for children ages 5-12 with special needs to participate in fitness activities while interacting with others in the community. "Play Dates" will be held at Westmonte Park from 9-11am.

BOWLING PRACTICES

Every Monday Excluding Holidays

Practice is held every Monday, excluding holidays, at the Altamonte AMF Lanes from 3-5pm. Cost is $1.75/game. Scores are recorded throughout the year and trophies are awarded at the Banquet with participant's high score.

2010 MEDICAL FORMS
Please make sure to turn in your  2010 Medical Form which will be mailed out or available at the Holiday Gala. These must be on file for participants to take part in our activities. Forms do not need a doctors signature and can be completed by the parent or guardian. They are also available on our website or can be mailed to you.

2010 NEWSLETTER & CALENDARS
Please remember that the information listed in the newsletter is more current then the calendar. Newsletters and calendars will be handed out at the Holiday Gala. If you do not receive your calendar, please pick one up at any of our events or contact us to have one mailed to you.
